Rates are for double occupancy. Additional people are charged $8 per person per night. Inquire about rates during holidays and local special events.

Discounts

• Weekly and Monthly rates are available.
• A 5 percent Senior Citizen Discount is available to visitors over age 65.
• A 10 percent discount is available to North house Folk School students staying three or more nights.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel seven days or more before your scheduled arrival, a $25.00 bookkeeping fee is charged.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, you will be charged for your entire
stay. We will make every attempt to rebook the room. If we are successful,
you will only be charged the $25.00 bookkeeping fee.
